Free Counseling Services
We have teamed up with Journey's Counseling in Costa Mesa to offer free counseling services for all employees and their immediately family as needed. (A $10 reservation fee is still required, all others costs are covered by the company)
40 Hours of paid sick leave per year
Items provided are not available until after 90 days of employment. After 90 days, coverage enrollment and accrual plans begin.

About our company
Each Chick-fil-A unit is individually owned and operated. As a result, each unit’s employee benefits and offerings can look different. We operate both Chick-fil-A locations in Costa Mesa, Harbor Blvd and Newport Blvd & 17th.
At Chick-fil-A Costa Mesa we have a robust training platform, so you are fully equipped as you start your career with us. We also have programs for growth and development as you progress in the restaurant. A large majority of our current leaders started as team members and worked their way up. We love teaching, training, and providing opportunities for our people!
Our company is structured to put what matters most, the people, as our highest priority. As a team member, you will work with a peer group that is committed to being excellent every day and to care for everyone. These team members will hold you accountable and work shoulder to shoulder with you serving guests with joy.
You will have a Shift Leader who is available to you and will be your personal coach. You will also be partnered with a certified trainer when you first start and they will ensure you know all team member expectations, are properly trained, and that you have all the resources you need to be excellent at your job starting on day one.
Shift leaders have coaches too. They work under the store Managers to ensure operational excellence from open to close and that everyone who comes in contact with Chick-fil-A has a remarkable experience.
Finally, we have a dedicated team of Directors that run the restaurant. Each has a specific area of focus. They are responsible for the business’ performance, goals, and leading teams towards the collective Purpose, Vision, and Mission of Chick-fil-A Costa Mesa.

Remarkable futures with Chick-fil-A
College Scholarships
At Chick-fil-A, we believe everyone deserves an education. We offer $2,500 Leadership Scholarships to employees who qualify. We also offer an additional $25,000 True Inspiration Scholarship to a limited number of qualifying team members who are chosen by an independent panel each year.
Developmental Training
Employees interested in becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator can gain valuable hands-on experience through the Leadership Development program. This extensive training program is offered at Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick-fil-A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
